I have a guest! Willow has rolled out of her bed and joined me for “The Berenstain Bears and the Little Lost Cub!” That awful little sailor suited boy is back, but he’s no longer naughty and he’s no longer Ned. He’s just some kid and he’s lost. So, the Good Deed Scouts are here to… do nothing. As usual. The wore things change, I guess?
If you want to hear more of me and Willow chatting about stuff, check out It’s Del Toro Time, our podcast that we do together!
This story and the original would more sense if he was a relative to either Lizzie or the Bear family. Maybe even if The former naughty Ned was Honey’s evil twin.
I have more problems with the Berenstain Bears Christmas special than with these religious books. The ending where sister asked Papa if Christmas is about caring for other animals than what about the fish. Mama and Brother make an expression like she is stupid, but admits her comment should intelligence and is astute. They will make an exception to it. Seriously, this fish is lost it’s life and has been cooked already. You want to waste it by not eating it. I doubt the fish would feel the same as if you or her sibling were on the lake swimming when it is hungry. It would swallow both or either without hesitation since both of you rode it.
Lizzie doesn’t get affection by her parents? Isn’t she there only real cub? I thought Her younger twin siblings and Barry were adopted since they didn’t appear in the cartoons or when the Bear family met the Bruins.
