Feed my sheep means Jesus wanted Peter to take of his people, the believers in Christ. Peter was to be a pastor of Jesus’s church unlike you doesn’t care for the lost sheep’s souls of the world . Jesus was the good shepherd. Peter is the first Pope. Baptism is for children to welcome into the Christian community and probably why you don’t understand it is because the Bible is for the people of God , not unbelievers.
