Why did Mama let the cubs beat rubs knowing full well that she was hanging the wash? It is her fault if the wash gets dirty, not the cubs or papa at that matter.
Poor Honey to be left downstairs and rudely awakened by her parents dancing around and her siblings, cousin and friend laugh and play upstairs ? She has the right to be cranky. Mama should have let Papa take care of Honey while she put the clothes to hang and of the cub scouts. He wouldn’t have hit Honey with a ball.
